Dwayne George has held various positions in both business and technology capacities during his career. While frequently achieving notable results and exceeding stakeholder expectations, his enthusiasm, dedication, motivation, and client focus have all contributed to his status of being regarded as a high-performance asset.


Dwayne has enjoyed a career filled with successfully meeting milestones. This has been made possible largely by his project management capabilities and analytical competencies towards the various support and development roles that he has held, complemented by his continued professional development.

His zeal for effectiveness and efficiency has provided him opportunities to be part of various organizations, with primary goal of meeting their critical objectives. Through various sector durations (technology, finance, and government), he has held positions as Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Intake Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Web Developer, Records Intake Officer, and Operations Manager.


Highlight of Experience

  • Approx. 22 years experience in Business, and IT, supporting and delivering banking, financial, insurance, regulatory, and Government system solutions.
  • Approx. 20 years in Financial Services: 13 years experience in Wealth Management, and 7 years in Personal/Commercial Banking, Banking Security, and insurance, in both Business and IT capacities.
  • Approx. 15 years Project Management experience, in both Business and IT capacities, managing solution and software development and implementation, vendor solution customization, and integration.
  • Extensive experience in both Business, and Technology capacities. 
  • Proven effective project leadership roles throughout career, leading teams and stakeholders as large as 70, including geographically remote members, and managing annual budgets exceeding $4 million for concurrent initiatives.
  • Experienced delivering Business Process Change initiatives - leading current state (“as is”) analysis, future state (“to be”) analysis, process gap identification and solution creation.
  • Experienced executing projects of various sizes utilizing PMF/PMLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies, and have been involved in creation and/or sign-off processes for over 200 document deliverables, and monitoring artifacts.
  • Experienced in managing a 7,000 task-line, integrated Microsoft Project Schedule (which included 20 work packages / sub-projects) for a 15-month strategic global conversion project.
  • Experienced with program and project management reporting to executives, steering committees, and project management office.
  • Diverse organization employment experience demonstrated by tenures with Banking, Solution Outsourcing, Federal Government, and Government of Ontario.
